It has been announced that James Pirie will be joining global integrated services provider, Swire Energy Services (SES), as Finance Manager for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), as part of continued investment and growth in the region.
James will work directly with the MENA team and will be based in SES’ Aberdeen HQ.
Joining SES from ChampionX, James held the position of Commercial Finance Manager for the European Oilfield Chemical business. As an ACCA qualified accountant and final year student, completing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Oxford Brookes University, James brings over 15 years of experience supporting Energy Service Companies in various progressive finance positions with key skills in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Partnering and Process improvement.
On his appointment James Pirie commented: “I am thrilled to join Swire Energy Services as Finance Manager for the Middle East and North Africa region. I look forward to supporting the MENA team with my knowledge and experience to drive business improvements and deliver sustainable and profitable growth.”
