It has been 4 years working in SES and it has indeed been a very enriching experience for me. What I love most is that our company respects, recognises and values its greatest asset i.e., employees.
It has the culture of respect and accountability that makes me thrive even more when I see myself as a part of a team that is working together towards achieving the Company’s goals congruently. It is an organisation which offers opportunities for everyone to foster and grow both professionally and personally. Thankgod Chukwu, Technical Service Operator Level 2 Welder has worked with SES for over 11 years and he talks about his positive experiences with Leadership and Management. “I always recommend Swire Energy Services as a great place to work, whenever I have an opportunity to do so. I believe that we have a system that works in our company. The leadership and management genuinely care about our safety. Our management here has good foresight and work is planned way in advance; yet they are always flexible to make changes whenever necessary so that our work can move forward. They make sure that we have the right people to fill every position in the yard and we are trusted to do our work without unnecessary pressure. We are also well equipped with the required tools to do our work safely and go back home safely to our families.
I am proud to say that people can trust us to do what we say we will do; and our management always honour their word. I look forward to coming to work every day because I know that my contribution is appreciated. Another highlight from the recent survey is ‘People At Work’. Welliton Castro, Maintenance Chairman has also worked at SES for 10 years this year. “On June 03, 2023, I will complete 10 years of work at Swire. Looking back from when I joined until the present moment, I have learned a lot in relation to my professional career and in working with my co-workers.
Here, day after day, we learn from each other, and bring respect, ethics, and teamwork to our work relationships. We strive to always focus on our activities and uphold excellence in our work processes.”
